What’s Different at Stern Orthodontics?
There is a trend in orthodontics toward corporate owned and managed practices, where it can feel as through patients are seen as financial resources to be exploited.
In sharp contrast, Stern Orthodontics is privately owned, allowing the freedom for the doctors to do what is right for the patient, not the businesses bottom line:
- We get to know all of our patients and spend a lot of time interacting with them
- We work with each patient’s schedule and personal needs, and always let them know we are here to serve them
- We are not pushy about starting treatment and have no monthly treatment quotas
- We make sure all questions are answered, concerns addressed, and that education and encouragement are offered with each interaction
- We do not operate on a specified “Doctor Time” system, which allows the doctors and staff to spend as much time as needed with each patient at every visit
